The Potting Shed

June Square | 13th June

I have lived in the UK for most of my life, but when young I definitely had wanderlust and even ended up living in South Africa for several years which was a wonderful experience. I now look forward to a long and leisurely retirement doing what I like most - gardening, photography, walking and travelling.

    1. Me too, though this is actually quite okay inside. A lovely little potting shed, complete with bench and terracotta pots. Would suit me very well 🙂

    1. It was the plants vs the roof that caught my eye for this composition Tish. I love corrugated roofs and the sound of rain on them, though this one might let in a bit too much.

    1. I’d love that! One thing I do like about the polycarbonate roof on my conservatory, the rain hammering down on it! Not so keen on the leaks though 😦

        1. Orange syrup cake! Sounds yum. Recipe please, even though I don’t have an orange tree. And I never drink tea. Except herbal occasionally.

      1. I’m not too bad with spiders (at least here in NZ where they’re mostly not lethal), but moths bother me. And ants. And rodents. Especially rodents.
